Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between the hours of 7 o’clock and 9 o’clock.
Breakfast Buffet
- a selection of cereals & muesli
- fruit juices
- soft fruits: figs, prunes, apricots, dates & seeds
- mixed fresh fruit bowl
- organic yogurts
- porridge oats
- fresh full cream/semi-skimmed milk
- soya milk
Main Course (including English Breakfast)
- freshly-laid, free-range eggs: scrambled, poached or fried
- dry-cured smoked or unsmoked bacon
- rarebreed sausages
- sautéed mushrooms
- oven-baked tomatoes
- boiled eggs with ‘soldiers’
- light, creamy omelette (choice of fillings)
- scottish smoked salmon & scrambled egg
- succulent home-baked ham
- our continental breakfast of Italian cured meats, a selection of cheeses and warm, buttery croissants
- freshly-baked, home-made bread/toast - granary, white or wholemeal as requested
- locally-made jams/marmalades
- freshly-brewed, medium roast coffee
- decaffeinated tea and coffee, herbal teas, English Breakfast and Earl Grey teas
